We want to change ourselves, our communities, and our systems to build a more inclusive world through community, learning, and loving accountability.

tiltForward is a regional fellowship program consisting of 15 folks in DC, NYC, and Philadelphia who are managers involved in education. The fellowship includes three 3-day in-person and 6 virtual community learning days. Each virtual day will be followed by an optional regional gathering to spend time processing or building learnings from the previous day into application.
