An equity audit identifies strengths, opportunities for growth, and concrete next steps to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at your organization.

Our audits focus specifically on an intersectional racial equity approach – and pay particular attention to the impact leaders and managers have in shaping your organizational culture.  We will work closely with your team through qualitative interviews and quantitative survey methodology to produce an actionable report that includes:

  • qualitative and quantitative understanding of your overall organizational culture
  • story-driven findings that mirror back the specific lived experiences for your team
  • concrete recommendations that set you up for learning, development, leadership, and structural considerations for how to evolve a more diverse, inclusive organizational culture
